Service management You sell work, not just items
An installation, a consultation, a maintenance contract: it isn't counted in boxes and has no stock. Each service has its price, duration and margin, and goes on a quote as easily as a product.
Illustrative preview of the interface, recreated in the software's actual design.
Each service described once, reused everywhere
You record a service the way you record an item: a price, a unit, a standard duration and what it includes. Then it goes on a quote, an invoice or a till receipt without being retyped.
- Selling price, cost price and calculated margin
- The right unit: per hour, per day, flat rate or per job
- Standard duration, to price a job in seconds
- Description of what the service includes, carried over to the quote
- Internal notes, never printed on customer documents
Products and services on the same invoice
A job site means materials and labour. Both fit on the same invoice, each handled its own way: items come out of stock, services don't — and the total adds up.
- An invoice can freely mix items and services
- Services don't affect stock, automatically
- Also available on quotes, order forms and at the checkout
- VAT set per line, according to your tax regime
- Service revenue tracked separately from goods revenue
