Task assignment “I thought you were the one who was supposed to do it”
A forgotten order form, an expense nobody approved, a case that drags on. Hand it to someone with a deadline: that person is notified, and you know at any moment how it's going.
Illustrative preview of the interface, recreated in the software's actual design.
One person in charge, one date, one notification
You assign the case to a specific person, with a deadline and a note if needed. They receive a notification meant for them — not a general message that everyone ignores.
- Only one active person in charge per case, never two
- Optional deadline, but visible to everyone
- Notification sent only to the person concerned
- A note can come with the instruction
- Reassigning cleanly closes the previous assignment
On the cases that really drag on
Assignment attaches to the documents that need follow-up: an order to prepare, a purchase to confirm, an expense to justify, a contract to get signed, a staff file to handle.
- Purchase orders and delivery notes
- Restocking orders from suppliers
- Expenses to approve or justify
- Documents to get signed
- Human resources files
