Delivery tracking Where is the order? You no longer have to call
The customer is getting impatient, the delivery rider isn't answering, and you're stuck in the middle. The position shows up on the map during the round: you answer the customer without picking up your phone.
Illustrative preview of the interface, recreated in the software's actual design.
The round unfolds before your eyes
Each delivery rider appears at their real position, with the stops they have left. When a customer calls to find out where their order is, the answer is on screen — not at the end of a call to the rider.
- Delivery rider positions updated during the round
- Remaining stops and delivery order visible
- Status of each order: prepared, on the way, delivered
- Round history kept after the day ends
Notify before arriving, not after
The customer knows when the delivery rider is approaching, so they're there when the bell rings. Fewer second trips, less merchandise returning to the depot, and handover confirmed by a photo.
- The customer is notified when the order is getting close
- Time-stamped photo proof of delivery
- Reason recorded when a delivery fails
- The delivery note stays linked to the order
